Nach ihrem Studienabschluss arbeiteten sie weiterhin als wissenschaftliche Hilfskr\u00e4fte am <strong>Center for Applied Data Science<\/strong>zusammen, wo sie tiefe Einblicke in die Herausforderungen regionaler Fertigungsunternehmen gewannen.<\/p>\n<h3>Reale Probleme l\u00f6sen<\/h3>\n<p>Durch ihre Arbeit mit gro\u00dfen Industriepartnern identifizierten die Gr\u00fcnder eine wiederkehrende H\u00fcrde: <strong>ineffiziente Informationsbeschaffung.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Marvin Sch\u00f6ne<\/strong> entwickelte ein digitales Assistenzsystem f\u00fcr Mitarbeiter*innen bei <strong>Miele &amp; Cie. KG,<\/strong> um die Arbeitsbelastung der Besch\u00e4ftigten zu reduzieren, und optimiert derzeit die Berichterstellung f\u00fcr die <strong>GEA Westfalia Separator Group GmbH<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Nico Migenda<\/strong> arbeitete mit <strong>Beckhoff GmbH &amp; Co. KG<\/strong> im Bereich vorausschauende Wartung und erkannte dabei, dass eine solide Informationsgrundlage der entscheidende Schl\u00fcssel zur schnellen Fehlerbehebung ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Da sie diese Marktl\u00fccke erkannten, wandelten die beiden ihre Forschung in ein universit\u00e4res Spin-off um. Nico leitete den Validierungsprozess durch das <strong>VIP4PAPS<\/strong> Projekt und konzentrierte sich dabei auf Backend-Architektur und die Integration von Sprachmodellen.<\/p>\n<h3>Das Team w\u00e4chst<\/h3>\n<p>Das Team wuchs, um die L\u00fccke zwischen technischer Expertise und Gesch\u00e4ftsstrategie zu schlie\u00dfen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Marvin Niederhaus:<\/strong> Mit herausragenden Informatikkenntnissen stie\u00df Marvin zum Projekt, nachdem er bereits w\u00e4hrend seines Bachelorstudiums erfolgreich mit Nico zusammengearbeitet hatte. Sein Engagement unterstreicht unser Bekenntnis zur F\u00f6rderung von Forschung in fr\u00fchen Karrierephasen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Liesa Oppenhausen:<\/strong> Anfang 2024 kam Liesa \u00fcber unser Mentoring-Netzwerk zum Team.
